What documents does MudraGen generate?
MudraGen generates comprehensive project reports including CMA data, financial projections, market analysis, and business plans in both PDF and DOCX formats — for use with your loan application.
Does MudraGen guarantee loan approval?
No. MudraGen only generates project proposals and reports. Loan approval is solely at the bank's discretion. We do not provide, process, or guarantee loans.
What is the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY)?
PMMY is a Government of India scheme that provides loans up to Rs.10 lakh to non-corporate, non-farm small/micro enterprises. Loans are available through banks, NBFCs, and micro-finance institutions without collateral.
How long does it take to generate a report?
MudraGen typically generates a complete project report in 2-5 minutes. The AI analyzes your business details, researches market data specific to your location, and creates detailed financial projections.
What personal data does MudraGen collect?
MudraGen collects your name, email address, and the business details you enter when creating a project report (such as business type, loan amount, and location). We also collect optional feedback ratings. We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, or any financial credentials.
How can I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from the account menu in the dashboard. This permanently deletes your profile, all project reports, generated documents, and newsletter subscription. Your login credentials are preserved so you can sign in again in the future. Feedback and ratings you submitted remain publicly visible along with your name and profile photo. For security and abuse prevention, your email address and project generation count are also retained in our records.
Is my business data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase) with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not sell or share your personal or business data with third parties. MudraGen complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
