Refund and Cancellation Policy

MudraGen provides a digital service: AI-powered generation of Mudra loan project reports. Reports are generated and delivered digitally within minutes of payment. Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of this digital service, all sales are final.

Once a payment has been made and the report generation service has been availed (i.e., a project report has been initiated or generated), no refunds will be issued. This applies to:

• Single report purchases (pay-per-project)
• Monthly subscription payments
• Annual subscription payments
• Additional project purchases within a subscription

Subscriptions and one-time purchases cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The service is delivered immediately upon payment
• You have read and understood this no-refund policy
• You waive any right to a refund or chargeback for services rendered

Monthly and annual subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may choose not to renew by managing your subscription settings before the renewal date. Non-renewal will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

In the unlikely event that a paid report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our end (not due to invalid or incomplete input from the user), we will:

• Re-generate the report at no additional charge, OR
• Credit the project generation to your account for future use

This is at the sole discretion of MudraGen and does not constitute a cash refund.

The free tier provides 1 project report for lifetime at no cost. No payment is involved, and therefore no refund policy applies to free-tier usage.

If you believe a charge was made in error or have a concern about your payment, please contact us at contact@mudragen.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

This refund policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
