By accessing or using MudraGen (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and any person accessing the Service.

MudraGen is an AI-powered tool that generates project reports for Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) loan applications. The Service produces document outputs (PDF, DOCX) based on user-provided business details and AI-generated market research and financial projections.

MudraGen does not provide, process, or guarantee loans. The project reports generated are informational documents intended to assist with loan applications. Loan approval is solely at the discretion of the lending bank or financial institution. MudraGen is not affiliated with any government body, bank, NBFC, or micro-finance institution.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate fraud
• Submit false or misleading business information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated reports without permission

The MudraGen name, logo, software, and website design are the intellectual property of MudraGen and its operators. You retain ownership of the business information you provide. Generated reports are provided for your personal use in connection with loan applications.

Reports generated by MudraGen are produced using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before submitting it to any bank or financial institution. MudraGen does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated reports.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MudraGen and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business data. MudraGen complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, all project reports, generated documents, feedback records, and newsletter subscription. This action is irreversible.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
